Urban Black Transport LLC operates an SMS messaging program that sends appointment confirmations, reminder messages, rescheduling updates, customer support communications, and operational updates (e.g., chauffeur arrival notices) to customers who have booked an appointment through our website or scheduling forms and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.
